What we do
We perform plasma and oxygen cutting on thick-section sheets and profiles. Kiln shell, gas duct and heavy sheet metal works are evaluated in this group.
We can also cut jobs in the field, on-site, for jobs that depend on the layout plan. Since the disassembly sequence and cutting lines are determined in advance, the downtime of the facility is not prolonged.
Period
The lines to be cut are marked; The cutting sequence that will not disrupt the carrier integrity is determined.
Heat allowance is given according to the material thickness and the cutting method is selected.
Cutting is done in the workshop or on the field according to the layout plan.
The cutting surfaces are cleaned, and after the measurement control, the next operation is started.
