What we do
We cut sheet metal and profile groups according to project dimensions in our workshop in Kemalpaşa OSB. Part layout is planned before cutting; Waste is reduced and the tenth repetition of the same piece is produced at the same size as the first.
Since we do the assembly in the field, we cut the part knowing where and how it will join. This closes the measurement gap between the workshop and the construction site from the very beginning — there is no correction work on site.
Period
Dimensions, tolerances and weld allowances are confirmed; Unclear spots are closed before cutting.
The parts are placed on the sheet metal to minimize wastage, and the cutting order is planned.
Parts are cut according to the program; In serial work, production continues after the first piece is approved.
The parts undergo measurement control and are shipped with the parts list and report.
