What we do
We carry out hole, countersink and tapping operations according to project dimensions. We base the connection holes on position accuracy before diameter; This is where the problem of not retaining bolt holes in the field arises.
We use templates for repeated groups of pieces. Thus, all parts in the same connection group can be installed interchangeably.
Period
Connection groups are removed, hole diameters and positions are confirmed.
Marking is done on single pieces and templates are prepared on repeated groups.
Holes are opened; Countersink and guide operations are performed where necessary.
Hole positions are checked, interchangeability between groups of parts is verified.
