What we do
After cutting and bending, we carry out deburring, straightening and stress relieving operations. When these processes are skipped, pre-welding correction work occurs in the field; We close it in the workshop.
In works requiring surface preparation, cleaning before painting and coating is also carried out in this context.
Period
Burrs and slag on the cutting surfaces are cleaned and the edges are prepared for welding.
Distortions caused by heat are eliminated and the part is brought to its plane.
Stress relief is applied to the necessary parts; Dimension shifting is prevented during assembly.
If painting or coating will be done, surface cleaning is completed.
